All Types of learning and developmental programs within FARABI operates on an automated framework, seamlessly integrated through the SAP-SuccessFactors suite.

This comprehensive development program aims to devlop recently graduated engineers across various engineering fields such as Manufacturing, Technical Services, Maintenance, Safety, Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Planning. The program operates under the guidance of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who provides close mentoring. Throughout the program's duration, participants will gain extensive exposure to diverse process units within the Plant. This will be facilitated through a combination of on-the-job tasks, assignments, training courses, and simulations. The participants' progress will be continually evaluated and assessed through multiple areas after each stage of the program.

This program is a comprehensive on-the-job development initiative created to skill and certify the primary workforce of the Plant, including Operators and Technicians. The Plant has been segmented into several qualification units (Posts), each of which assigns the targted employees to distinct roles for hands-on learning, supervised by expert professionals. The program encompasses self- learning, safety awareness, skill enhancement, practical evaluations, formal assessments, written tests, and interviews. These measures collectively guarantee that the designated employees attain complete capable and autonomy in carrying out Plant operations.

These individuals are earmarked for exclusive developmental plans and granted the opportunity to delve into diverse leadership capacities.
