The terms and conditions within these forms will help to ensure that both parties are fully aware of their rights and obligations which will help to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction. The terms and conditions of any purchase orders or contract agreements between Farabi and suppliers shall supersede any understanding, implied or given by suppliers unless otherwise mutually agreed. The terms and conditions may be amended any time by Farabi.
